We are developers and suppliers of Bsimac 9 software and are also users of this software in the course of our engineering work. Bsimac 9 is a product of many years of development by a team headed by Alec Johannsen, Ph.D. (Mech Eng), who has extensive research experience in applied thermodynamics, and over 20 years of engineering experience as a consulting engineer in private practice.
Alec is the author of various software packages, e.g. design of refrigerated beer tanks, plotting of psychrometric charts, ventilation rates in an aluminum smelter, evaporation rates from effluent dams, and others.
