Design of HVAC Systems

Calculations of the cooling and heating loads include all necessary psychrometric calculations to determine the air quantities and cooling coil entering and leaving temperatures at the actual site altitude above sea level.  An option is included to compute energy profiles for ice/chilled water storage and hot water storage.

The effects considered include the effects of the building itself and of the HVAC design parameters.

Some of the effects that can be evaluated with Bsimac 9 are shown here.
